About Us ORGANIZATION: The Foundation for Educational Advancement, Inc. (FEA) is a federally approved 501(c) (3) Non-Profit Educational organization founded in 1992.
The Honorable Governor M. Jodi Rell and Dr. Vivian Cross, FEA Executive Director participate in the Council of State Governments - Eastern Regional Conference. The Eastern Regional Conference is a non-profit, non-partisan organization serving legislative, executive and judicial branch officials from 10 northeastern states
from Maine to Delaware, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Eastern Canadian Provinces of Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. CSG / ERC's purpose is to facilitate the exchange of ideas and information among state policy makers, business leaders and the academic community.
